HomeView® Homebuyer Education Course
HomeView® has seven course modules that guide you through the steps of homeownership. It is available in both English and Spanish. HomeView® is an approved NH Housing Homebuyer Education course.

Becoming a Landlord
This course will help you understand the risks and responsibilities involved in the business of being a landlord and share some proven ways of handling them successfully.

Homebuyer Tax Credit
The Homebuyer Tax Credit Program makes homeownership more affordable by providing a federal tax credit of up to $2,000 each year, for as long as you live in your home and pay mortgage interest.

Learn about the Home Flex purchase rehab loan program, where homebuyers are eligible for up to $35,000 in additional funds to cover the costs of needed repairs.
